ABOUT COMPLETE RECORDS MANAGEMENT

Complete Records Management, Inc. was founded in 1997 in Katy, Texas on the outskirts of Houston, Texas. The company was initially brought to market with an idea to help alleviate the mounting head-ache of governmental paperwork that is created on a daily basis. We were working closely with several county governments to help them solve their document management issues.

We identified that we needed to create more than one way to search for documents as required by government. We solved these issues by delivering to our clients the opportunity to retrieve documents by utilizing several search fields. This was a huge success with our client-base!

Gradually we migrated into other government arenas such as ISD Administration & Business offices, Purchasing, Student Services, and Special Education. The Special Education arena provided us the opportunity to become a knowledge expert as it pertains to Special Education documents, information retrieval, retention scheduling, and document destruction.

Today, we are growing at an aggressive rate, and have expanded into document management for government agencies; the commercial and business world; hospitals, physicians and healthcare facilities; and independent school districts in the USA.

Complete Records Management, Inc. is comprised of several highly motivated individuals that form the nucleus of our Upper Level Management Team. Our Upper Level Management Team has key extensive knowledge and education in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Information Management Systems, Computer Science (with strong emphasis on Database creation & maintenance), Law, and Records Management.

We continuously strive to expand our knowledge in governmental laws impacting our industry and constantly reviewing trends in the Imaging Industry to keep our clients on the forefront of Document Imaging Technology and Processes.
